Summer of Tre® ~ Sunset Shake in Gold Medal Park

Summer of TRE® is a project to teach TRE® to as many humans as possible, in Minneapolis Parks.
Classes are held on Thursdays, Friday evenings and Saturdays.

On Friday nights, September 3, 10 & 17 we will have group sessions at 6 pm in Gold Medal Park under the RED sculpture.
September 3 & 10 there will be filming of testimonials and shaking.
September 10 there will be birthday cake!
