Saturday Morning TRE in St. Paul

Join us for TRE in St. Paul. Park at the Carondelet Center, 1890 Randolph Ave, and watch for signs. We will likely meet near the labyrinth near the parking lot. Park in the parking lot of Carondelet Center (on the opposite side of Celeste’s Garden) and follow signs. Sign posted on Randolph near parking lot, then sign posted in the parking lot on the median. Because the original location between the village and the provincial house was quite noisy, we will move closer to the labyrinth. Feel free to text if you have trouble finding it. 612-408-3228. Sometimes it is a little tricky to find us, but enter off Randolph.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) is a series of gentle movements that activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating in the body. This movement of neurogenic tremoring releases muscular tension, calms the nervous system, and helps release deeply held tension held in the body. After a TRE® session, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. These sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Bring a blanket or mat and dress in layers. Please refrain from wearing cologne or perfumes to make the sessions accessible to those with sensitivities. Pay what you choose model.
